JON Properties, LLC is a full service commercial real estate company. We assist our clients in commercial real estate development, construction management, lease negotiation, and property management. We are experienced in all phases of commercial real estate from land acquisition to continuing property management. We have overseen development of multifamily residential, Class A medical, Class A office, and mixed use commercial facilities

 

Our approach to serving our clients is simple; we begin all of our projects with a final goal in mind. As we work to reach that goal, we provide outstanding service and value added pricing. We focus on one project at a time and concentrate our efforts on maximizing efficiencies to keep costs down, complete projects on schedule, and maximize return on investment. Our Development Team

MICHAEL B. ADAMS - PRESIDENT

Mr. Adams studied Business Management at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has over 30 years of industry experience. He has extensive local knowledge and will work with outside agencies, subcontractors and suppliers during the pre-build, construction, and occupancy portions of the project. Mr. Adams holds JON Properties' Class A Contractor license and is a licensed Realtor®.

In addition to his work with JON Properties, Mr. Adams serves, or has served, on numerous local boards and with local charities.  These include the Fredericksburg Rotary Club, the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, the Fredericksburg Area Museum, the Central Virginia Housing Coalition, and the Germanna Community College Educational Foundation.  Mr. Adams is also a member of the Fredericksburg Builders Association, the National Builders Association, the Fredericksburg Realtors Association, and the National Realtors Association.

 

TODD SULLIVAN - STEEL BUILDING MANAGER

JON Properties' Steel Building Manager is Todd Sullivan. He has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of steel building sales, installation and service. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Bridgewater College with a B.S. in Health and Physical Education.

 

MICHAEL WHITFORD - PROPERTY MANAGER

Mr. Whitford has over 20 years of industry experience. graduated from Longwood University with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He also completed graduate studies at James Madison University.
